The original of this beautiful and compact fire station can still be seen today in the small town of Ilfeld, located in the heart of the Harz National Park. The scale model perfectly replicates the original: half-timbered construction made of real wood and a detailed reproduction of the plastered panels, a hose tower with wooden cladding, and wooden gates and doors in an authentic fire station color. This building model is the ideal complement to Busch's vehicle and fire station building models. Thanks to its compact design, the kit can also be used on smaller layouts.A sturdy, plug-in substructure, which is covered with pre-cut and colored wood veneers, makes assembly particularly easy. Additionally, only a craft knife and all-purpose glue (e.g. UHU® Kraft) are required.
