BUSCH 1700 - Patination Set
If you look at the building models in the picture, you'll notice that they all appear very natural. Everything has a true-to-scale matte finish; the joints in bricks are emphasized; wood grain, wall textures, and roof tiles are clearly visible; and you can see traces of weathering or dirt "hanging" on the walls everywhere. We've often been asked how our model makers do it. We've now developed a series of special items with which buildings, vehicles, etc., can be very easily colored to give them a true-to-scale appearance.The patination set contains three matte liquid paints (black, sand beige, and verdigris) and dry powder (color pigments in the three colors black, dark brown, and clay/rust brown). Delivery includes three brushes and detailed instructions.
