Model Details
Prototype: Diesel shunting locomotive of the fictional Class 367 of Deutsche Bahn Gleisbau GmbH (DBG). Private and industrial railways were extremely satisfied with the 55 DHG 700 locomotives delivered by Henschel in Kassel between 1973 and 1985, and still are after many decades of operation. Deutsche Bahn Gleisbau GmbH, which was suffering from an acute locomotive shortage in 2005/2006, also took note. The extremely robust DHG 700 locomotives had not been manufactured for 20 years. DBG, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn AG, was fortunate when an industrial railway ceased operations at that very moment, making six of these locomotives available. DBG seized the opportunity, acquired all six locomotives, and gave them a new purpose by using them in so-called Az service (work train service). Beforehand, the six new locomotives had to be integrated into the railway's numbering system. Since there was no locomotive of this type yet in the fleet of DB AG or any of its subsidiaries, the newcomers were classified as Class 367 and received the operating numbers 367 001-5 to 367 006-4. Model: Locomotive with digital decoder and special motor, as well as built-in sound electronics. One axle driven, traction tires. Directional triple headlights, conventionally operational, digitally switchable. Flashing light on the cab roof. Coupler hook. Length over buffers 11.2 cm. Detailed scale model for adult collectors. Handle with care. Not suitable for children under 14 years. It contains small parts which may pose a choking hazard, and some components have functional sharp points. Only a toy transformer manufactured according to VDE 0570-2-7/DIN EN 61558-2-7 may be used as a power source to operate this product.
