Auhagen

Auhagen
Auhagen is one of the most traditional manufacturers of model railway accessories in Europe. The company was founded in 1885 in Marienberg in the Ore Mountains and has been producing building kits since 1952 – initially from cardboard, and since the 1970s entirely using precise injection molding of plastic. Today, Auhagen produces in the gauges H0, TT, and N and is one of the few manufacturers to offer a complete TT building range. Production takes place 100% in Germany, sustainably and using state-of-the-art tooling and plastics technology. This includes tool and mold making, injection molding, pad printing, and cardboard packaging, all produced in-house – a unique feature that ensures the highest quality and independence.

A trademark of the company is the Auhagen modular building system in H0 scale: A modular concept that allows buildings to be individually combined, expanded, or completely reconstructed. Individual walls, windows, roofs, and doors are compatible and enable virtually unlimited design possibilities.

The product range includes:

  • Building sets: Railway stations, residential buildings, industrial plants, and urban ensembles.
  • Landscape Construction: Trees, bushes, terrain mats, water features, streets and background scenery.
  • Vehicles & Miniatures: including Minicar models, Multicar, Robur, Ikarus (H0 & TT).
  • Accessories & Interior fittings: shop fittings, bistro sets, workshop fittings, delicate cardboard laser-cut parts. Auhagen is known for attention to detail, true-to-scale precision, and realistic coloring. Numerous models have received awards, including 'Model of the Year' (Klingenberg-Colmnitz Station, 1991). The brand stands for tradition, innovation, and model-making culture – and has done so for over 140 years. In short: Auhagen offers complete model railway accessories for H0, TT, and N scales – highly detailed, sustainably manufactured, and ideal for discerning modelers who value 'Made in Germany' and maximum design freedom.
