Model Details
Prototype: German Federal Railroad (DB) 41 308 passenger and freight steam locomotive with short tender, type 2'2 T30. Operating condition circa 1956. Version with older-style boiler, closed front apron, and Witte-type smoke deflectors.Model: Newly designed short tender, type 2'2 T30. Locomotive and tender chassis, as well as tender body, made of die-cast metal. Built-in digital decoder and sound generator compatible with mfx and DCC formats. Drive in the tender, 3 axles driven, traction tires. Firebox flicker effect via processor-controlled LEDs (red-orange). 3-light headlights, cab lighting, and running gear lighting made of warm white LEDs. Opening smokebox door. NEM coupling mount at the tender end. Length over buffers 146 mm.
Retrofit kits for shunting steps, snowplows, and piston rod protection tubes are included.
Detailed scale model for adult collectors. Handle with care. Not suitable for children under 14 years. It contains small parts which may pose a choking hazard, and some components have functional sharp points.
Only a toy transformer manufactured according to VDE 0570-2-7/DIN EN 61558-2-7 may be used as a power source to operate this product.
