New for 2026: True-to-prototype BR 221 (V 200.1) diesel locomotive for garden railways (G gauge), detailed and upgradeable. The PIKO BR 221 (V 200.1) diesel locomotive will be released in 2026 in a blue/beige livery, bringing one of the most famous German Federal Railway (DB) locomotives to G gauge garden railways. The model impresses with its accurate proportions, high reliability, and a range of functional details. The cab doors and windows can be opened, and the red/white headlights change direction analogously. Additional lighting functions are available by optionally retrofitting a PIKO PSD XP decoder. The locomotive is also sound-ready and suitable for both heavy freight trains and express trains on your model railway.
