The turnouts can be operated manually or electrically. The drives are integrated directly into the trackbed. The frogs are made of metal and are electrically conductive. The intelligent stop turnouts of the Power Routing System prevent train collisions. (The stop turnout function can be easily deactivated by inserting two small screws on the underside.)
