Model Details
Prototype: Class 249 dual-mode locomotive (Vectron Dual Mode light) of the DB Bahnbau Gruppe. From the Siemens Vectron product family. Road number 249 052. Operating condition 2025.Model: With digital decoder and extensive sound functions. Controlled high-efficiency propulsion. 4 axles powered. Traction tires. Directional triple headlights and two red marker lights operate conventionally and can be switched digitally. Headlights on locomotive ends 1 and 2 can be switched off separately. When the headlights are switched off on both ends, the double-A light function is activated on both ends. Cab lighting changes with the direction of travel and can be switched digitally. Control panel lighting can be switched digitally. Engine room lighting can be switched digitally. High beams can be switched separately digitally. Lighting with maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs. With energy storage. Pantographs can be raised and lowered digitally. Telex coupler on both ends of the locomotive, each separately digitally switchable. Coupler waltz. Attachable brake hoses and shunting coupler are included separately. Length over buffers approx. 23.6 cm.
