Prototype Information
WIKING is dedicating a special task to the Deutz-Fahr DX 4.70: For the first time, this tractor, originally built in Cologne, is being offered with a rear-mounted backhoe attachment. In municipal service, this powerful tractor was a common sight in the 1980s and 90s, proving its worth thanks to its robust capabilities. The backhoe features a typical digging bucket, which proved particularly useful when excavating trenches. Construction yards appreciated this at the time.
Model Details
The engine hood and cab are pastel orange, while the chassis, driveshaft, seat, fenders, and exhaust are black. The steering wheel and rims are also black. The Deutz-Fahr logo is printed on the cab. The engine hood features the corresponding striped design and the type designation DX 4.70. The headlights are hand-painted silver. The backhoe has a pastel orange boom and slewing mechanism. Deep digging spoon, blackish-grey.Detailed scale model for adult collectors. Handle with care. Not suitable for children under 14 years. It contains small parts which may pose a choking hazard, and some components have functional sharp points.
Only a toy transformer manufactured according to VDE 0570-2-7/DIN EN 61558-2-7 may be used as a power source to operate this product.
