Prototype Information
These were the standard colors of the Kassel-based truck manufacturer, delivered hundreds of times: When the Henschel HS 14/16 was delivered, a two-part paint scheme for the cubic cab was not only desired by customers, but also considered state-of-the-art – it signaled the dawn of the 1960s. WIKING model maker Alfred Kedzierski had done an excellent job. When Henschel presented its new generation of trucks at the 1961 IAA (International Motor Show), the forward-looking series of cubic cabs was also part of the lineup. French designer Louis Lucien Lepoix had designed them, giving all Henschel trucks a distinctive and impactful look from then on. WIKING has miniaturized the successful flatbed truck, which still exudes charm today thanks to its round headlights and its smiling appearance.

Flatbed pearl white with quartz gray insert. Fenders quartz gray. Front of cab with silver Henschel lettering, Henschel star and orange turn signals. Taillights printed carmine red.Detailed scale model for adult collectors. Handle with care. Not suitable for children under 14 years. It contains small parts which may pose a choking hazard, and some components have functional sharp points.
