Prototype Information
The first large generation of MAN cab-over trucks was highly valued by transport companies because of its maneuverability and versatility. WIKING has chosen the flatbed body this time, equipping the legendary "Pausbacke" (Chubby Cheeks) as a versatile transport expert. The contemporary design of the typical purple-red MAN radiator grille with its silver lettering and frame defines the silver-gray front of the "Pausbacke," which is further enhanced by fine decorative trim. The MAN "Pausbacke" has become one of the most famous classic trucks of the German post-war era. Its nickname is now more common than the actual model designations. This affectionate nickname is a result of the first generation of MAN cab-over trucks' distinctive design. The bulges of the front section below the headlights and the rounded shape of the cab reminded onlookers of puffed-out cheeks.

Front bumper printed in red. Trim strips on the cab in silver.Detailed, true-to-scale model for adult collectors. Handle with care. Not suitable for children under 14 years.
