Reunions are always a joy – especially at WIKING! The Opel Blitz is celebrating its premiere as a refrigerated van with a sea fish design. WIKING enthusiasts are aware of the long tradition of this self-promotion, which collectors have encountered quite frequently recently and thus find favor with. With the advertisement for sea fish, the traditional model makers are recalling a WIKING advertisement that was popular five decades ago and was already part of the early days of the WIKING transport model range. The fact that the Opel Blitz, as a refrigerated van, bears the distinctive lettering and memorable logo, gives the van its typical WIKING aura. This time, the sales crates for fresh sea fish are included – and, of course, also printed with the logo! The refrigerated box body is one of the special WIKING classics that has rarely been used to date. Nevertheless, at the time of its introduction, it was a welcome niche, with which WIKING demonstrated the courage to fill gaps and thus once again the breadth of its product range.Technical Details

Bridge in sapphire blue, indicators printed in traffic orange. Box body with white Seefische lettering and logo.
